I know the Key Bridge because I grew up in Baltimore, and to cross it when I was a phlebotomist and Lab aide at the Johns Hopkins Hospital there in South Baltimore.

The New Earth will not be anything like the earth we have now, no "cleaning up" via legal or citizen means. We are told that the heavens will roll up like a scroll being closed and earth elements will melt. Therefore the new earth will not be physical in the ways we have been entrained to define.
For now all on earth are just in Time.
